tender for strengthening of diffuser and erection of new outlet guide vane blade; 1 opening manhole doors, removing impeller casing, intermediate casing and shaft top cover, coupling, intermediate shaft, pressure plate, sealing ring and bearing cap etc in id fan a & b after adjusting the coupling for providing axial gap for dismantling intermediate torque transmission shaft. 2 dismantling of the fan impeller from rotor shaft by using special tools and tackles. 3 strengthening the id fan a & b outlet ductsupporting rod by welding work. 4 refurbishment of ogv fixing assembly with 65x60x20mm plate, stud m24x125mm, spring washer, plate washer, nut in the surface of the impeller casing in id fan a which includes material and machining charges etc., 5 dismantling of existing outlet guide vane bladeand fixing of outlet guide vane blade in id fan a (through out removing of damaged / worn-out material by gas cutting and metal filling in the undercut portion of the inner and outer cellof ogv and finally grinding. 6 strengthening the id fan b outlet diffuser by welding work. 7 fixing the impeller, pressure plate, sealing ring, coupling, intermediate shaft, shaft cover and mounting the impeller casing and intermediate casing by using locating pins and fasteners. 8 providing shuttering for refractory and applying new refractory in therequired for id fan a & b ogv area including consumables and hire charges for t&ps. 9 checking the alignment of coupling with the motor and conducting trial run complete in id fan a & b.
