bids are invited for repair, maintenance, and installation of plant/ systems/equipments (version 2) - ship; defect rectification of e-572, e-574 and e-589; e-572 stbd ro plant is frequently getting trip view fs 82 alarm/indication due to high permeate flow. during defect investigation by ship’s staff observed high permeate flow due to dt module hydraulic disc/ membrane cushion/ o-ring defective. defect to be rectified and proved for satisfactory operation. no. 01 e-574 stbd ro plant smcv outlet pipe cracked and sea water leakage observed. defective pipeline alongwith elbow to be repaired/ renewed and proved for satisfactory operation. material- pvc, dia40 mm, length – 600 mm. no. 01 e-589 fw leakage and abnormal vibration observed from stbd fw pump (make/model: m/s spx johnson/ ch32-20033m2tl). suspect pump end coupling, pump bearing and mechanical seal worn out. overhauling of the pump to be carried with renewal of bearing and mechanical seal. pump to be proved for satisfactory operation. no. 01
