bids are invited for repair, maintenance, and installation of plant/ systems/equipments (version 2) - ship; defect rectification of e-562, e-569, e-570, e-571 and e-590; e-562 port gear box in built sw pump sea chest purging line thinned and cracked at multiple area. the same to be fabricated as per the sample with connectors. material cu-ni (mat – cuni, dia– 20 mm, thickness– 02 mm, length– 01 m). no. 01 e-569 abnormal sound and vibration observed from da no 1 & 2 coolant pump idler pulley. during defect investigation observed bearing worn out. both da idler pulley bearing to be renewed and proved for satisfactory operation. no. 01 e-570 sea water leakage observed from da no 4 sea water pump view pump mechanical seal and bearing worn out. overhauling of pump including following jobs to be undertaken and pump to be proved for satisfactory operation:- (a) replacement of mechanical seal. (b) replacement of bearing. (c) pump casing metal built up. (d) re-fitment and trial. no. 01 e-571 sea water leakage observed from da no 4 heat exchanger outlet pipeline view purging line adaptor cracked. pipeline to be removed, new purging female adaptor to be welded and proved by pressure testing (tp- 5 bar). repaired pipeline to be refitted post completion of pressure testing. no. 01 e-590 all three ac condenser end cover sacrificial anodes consumed more than 60%. sacrificial anodes ac condensers to be renewed as per the sample. material – zinc ; dia - 50 mm x length – 50 mm ; qty – 06 nos no. 01
