bids are invited for miscellaneous work at 132kv s/s ia rathi and 220kv s/s pratapvihar under etd-ii ghaziabad; 1 providing and fixing of full 33kv pole assembly with vaccume interrupter for damaged 33kv vcb of capacitor bank-1of cgl make of r phase. this job also includes complete dismantaling of damaged pole after opening of jumper and erection of new pole and jumpering work. work also includes time testing of cb after completing the job satisfactory. job 1 the following works are to be carried out at 220kv hybrid s/s pratapvihar 2 following work are required for rectification of attending sf6 gas lekakage from 33kv hybrid bus coupler-iii bay at 220kv hybrid s/s pratapvihar 2.1 opening of 33kv hybrid bus coupler-iii bay cb and associated jumpers at 220kv hybrid s/s pratapvihar job 1 2.2 identifying lekage spot with leakage detector of 33kv hybrid bus coupler-iii bay. job 1 2.3 attending leakage by replacing damaged gasket or other defective item of 33kv hybrid cb chamber. job 1 2.4 refitting of 33kv hybrid bus coupler-iii chamber bay module after attending leakage. job 1 3 providing and fixing of new isolator mechanism operating motor of 220kv hybrid module in place of defective motor having rating 220v dc, 450w, 2.7a and 4500 rpm .work also includes dismantling of operating box as given below then removing of damaged motor after opening of all the connections and replace with new motor after with all the connections and checking of operation.1. b phase ds3 of 60mva tf-2 (hv side hybrid module) job 1 4 repairing & rewinding of transformer cooling fans having rating 3- phase, 220 v ac ,50 hz 2.5 kw ,1440 rpm provided for 60 mva t/f-ii (m/s bbl) rewinding of fan with super enameled copper wire of class-b insulator varnish, replacement of both side ball-bearing , cock seal etc whatsoever needed to complete work with satisfaction. .the work also includes opening of cooling fans from transformer radiator and re mounting at the transformer radiator after fan repair and then checking/testing at load condition for proper/smooth running. job 2
