bids are invited for repair, maintenance, and installation of plant/ systems/equipments (version 2) - industry unit; substation; service provider - repairing & rewinding of transformer cooling fans of type-3-phase induction motors rating 3-phase 220 v ac 50 iiz 2.5 kw 1440 rpm for 100 mva t/f at 132 kv s/s lalkuan. the work includes rewinding of fan with enameled copper wire of class-b insulator varnish such that no butt joint should be present in winding of any individual phase, replacement of both side ball-bearing, cock seal etc whatsoever needed to complete work with satisfaction. repairing & rewinding of transformer cooling fans of type-3-phase induction motors rating 3-phase 220 v ac 50 hz 2.5 kw 1440 rpm for 100 mva t/f at 132 kv s/s lalkuan. the work includes rewinding of fan with enameled copper wire of class-1b insulator varnish such that no butt joint should be present in winding of any individual phase, replacement of both side ball-bearing, cock seal ete whatsoever needed to complete work with satisfaction. arresting of oil leakage from 132 kv 800-400/1 ct of b phase of 100 mva t/f by opening its top cover replacement /tightening of ct rod & connecting strip by providing suitable gaskets etc. refilling fresh oil in ct & tightening both side terminal connectors. the gaskets & ct rod/connecting strip (if replaced) shall be arranged by contractor while oil for refilling shall be provided by department. above work also includes the replacement of ct clamps if damaged.
