tender for up-keeping of all floors of chemical house, clarified water pump house building, rwph and central stores once in a day and disposal of debris to nearby dust bin as directed by the engineer at site, including labour charges & cost of all materials such as brooms, dust bin, lead & lift, etc., complete. , up keeping of all roads by sweeping and collection of litter, dry leaves, earth, ash / coal dust etc/.,along road in ptp and central stores area once/twice in a week and disposing away from the workspot including all labour, lead, lift, etc., and as directed by the engineer at site. , up-keeping of drains running in the ptp area twice in a week and disposal of silt, slush etc. as directed by the engineer at site including all labour charges, hire charges of t&ps, all leads and lifts, etc. complete. , up-keeping of toilets in ptp area by cleaning water closets, urinals, wash basins, flushing cistern tanks, side walls, passages, etc., for two cleanings per toilet in a day by applying disinfectant/cleaning liquid as directed by the engineer at site including cost of disinfectant/ cleaning liquid, phenoil, bleaching powder, naphthalene balls, and consumables such as brooms, bucket, mugs, cleaning brush etc., all labour charges, lead and lift etc. complete, but excluding the cost of water which will be supplied by the department at free of construction , removal of cobwebs and dust at ceiling and walls once in a month by providing suitable arrangements and disposal of debris away from the site as directed by the engineer including cost of brooms, dust bin, & all required tools and plants, safety appliances, labour charges, lead and lift, etc., complete.
