tender for upkeeping by removal of dust and dirt in 0m, 3.50m, 8.50m, 12m and 13.50m floors, walls, doors and windows etc as directed by the engineer and disposal of debris to dust bin near jt1, including cost of all consumable materials such as brooms, dust bin, baskets, dungry cloth, safety equipment, all leads & lifts etc., complete. (payable in floor area) , upkeeping by mopping of floors once in a week and disposal of debris away from the site as directed by the engineer at site including all labour charges, cost of all materials such as brooms, baskets, buckets, safety appliances, leads & lifts, etc., complete. , upkeeping of toilets in 0m, 17m & 54m floor by flushing of water closets, urinals, wash basins, cistern tanks, side walls, passages, etc., once in a day, by applying disinfectant/ cleaning liquid, as directed by the engineer at site including cost of disinfectant/cleaning liquid, phenoil, bleaching powder, naphthalene balls, materials such as brooms, bucket, mugs, cleaning brush, all labour charges, leads, and lifts etc. complete, but excluding the cost of water which will be supplied by the department at free of construction
