tender for upkeeping by removal of dust and dirt in all floors, walls, doors and windows etc as directed by the engineer and disposal of debris to dust bin near jt1, including cost of all consumable materials such as brooms, dust bin, baskets, dungry cloth, safety equipment, all leads & lifts etc., complete. (payable in floor area) , upkeeping by mopping of floors twice in a day and disposal of debris away from the site as directed by the engineer at site including all labour charges, cost of all materials such as brooms, baskets, buckets, safety appliances, leads & lifts, etc., complete. , operating the pumps and valves of potable and service water lines, attending petty works in pipe lines, removal of vegetation by using brush cutter whenever required including cost of all t&ps for water supply, labour charges, leads & lifts etc. but excluding cost of brush cutter which will be supplied by the board at free of construction
