tender for shifting of rising/distribution main pipeline at paprenda w/s paprenda. - cleanig of site 2 excavation of earth for trenches in hard rock type of soil mixed with mooram/ kanker requiring use special tools & plants for pipe line work including refilling watering reaming of excavated earth in to the trenches and removal of surplus earth upto a distance of 50 mtr from trenches including supply of labour t&p etc. proper completion of work 3 dismentling of nali & reinstatement by p.c.c. work with cement course sand 20 mm gauge stone grit in proprtion of 1:2:4 all materiallabour t&p etc requrired for proper completion of the work 4 supply, laying and jointing of 250 mm dia dik-7 pipe including freight, insurance, octori, excise and all taxes, unloading and local carting of pipe etc complete. 5 supply & fitting of special @5% cost of s.no.-4. 6 supply & fitting ofbend 250 mm dia ms type fabricating as per site condition with material. 7 fabrication work as per site position with all necessary material, machine, labour t&p as per site position. 8 supply & fitting ofc.i.d.joint 250 mm dia 9 barricating of pipeline of trenches by using bamboopoles, rope with red flags, glow-caution boards, diversion boards & red lights. 10 inter connections of newly laid pipe line with existing pipe line as site condition including testing of pipe line and s/olabour t&p etc for proper completion of work as per following- 11 bailing out or pumping out subsoil water. 12 supply and laying of local sand in trench with all labour, material t&p etc all complete. 13 shifting of consumer connection with cost of mat alllabour t&p etcfor proper completion of work 14 disposal of surplus earth from site to within municipal limit(as per item no.-15). 15 construction ofsluicvalve/ reflexvalve chamber size 1.30x1.30x 1.60 mtr with ist class b/w 1:6 cement c sand mortor and rcc cover with the cost of material labour t&p etc all complete 16 supply & fitting of sluicevalve 250 mm heavy duty isi mark 17 supply & fitting of reflexvalve 250 mm 18 making temporary passage for local public during work 19 other unforsean work ie removal of any obstacle, underground electric cable, pole, underground drainage etc as per site position.
