tender for the work for preventive & emergency maintenance of 11 kv vcb installaed at various 33/11 kv under e.d.d.- kosi, mathura - complete reapiring and general overhauling of damaged 11 kv vcb/ocb installed at different 33/11 kv s/s. the following work includes overhauling and repairing of vcb :-(a) complete alignment of three poles.(b) alignmentt of complete mechanism and also includes the placement of defective components which includes dundry itmes such as charging handle, brass pins, iron pins, tripping shaft, closing shaft, tripping blade, tripping roller, brass/copper bushes, oil tank rubber & embross rubber, rack in, ran out change) etc. so as to rectify the defects for proper charging and discharging for giving good result at tripping and closing operations.(c) cleaning and washing of three poles with bus bar by thinner.(d) checking and re-alignment of gap maintaining in vacuum interrupters.(e) completely washing of trolley with thinner.(f) providing insulated paint on epoxy item i.e. spout, vacuum chamber, drive indulator etc.(g) general overhauling after cleaning oiling and greasing. including replacement of following spare parts as per requirment.make videography/photography of work site before & after completion of work. 2 providing of following spare parts for proper completion of work.vaccume interruptor 3 vaccume chamber 4 small gear with bearing 5 big gear with bearing 6 triping coil/closing coil 7 charging motor cut of switch 8 female contact 9 600/3005a ct 10 400/200/5a ct
