tender for the work of repairing & overhauling of different type of 11 kv vcbs at different 33/11 kv s/s under edsd- sikandra, baroli aheer & baad under edd-1 agra. - complete repairing and general overhauling of damaged 11 kv vcb’s. the following work includes overhauling and repairing of vcb trolley :- 2 a) complete alignment of three poles b) alignment of complete mechanism and also includes the repairing of defective components which includes sundry items such as charging handle, brass pins, iron pins, tripping shaft, closing shaft, brass/copper bushes, rack in, ran out etc. so as to rectify the defects for proper charging and discharging for giving good result at tripping and closing operations. c) cleaning and washing of three poles with bus bar by thinner d) checking and re-alignment of gap maintaining in vacuum interrupters. e) completely washing of trolley with thinner. 3 overhauling of busbar including providing proper insulation using empire h.t. tape etc. 4 insulation paint inside of panel and oval epoxy items also. 5 testing of o/c and e/f of 11 kv vcb through primary injection set. 6 wiring of panels .
