construction of 10 bedded hospital building at 42nd bn itbp, jodhpur. (sh-providing comprehensive consultancy services for c/o bedded hospital); 1 painting and finishing work 2 soil investigation using standard penitration test as per is:2131,is:9640, drilling of bore hole as per site requirement including conducting spt, sample collection at every change of strata along with undisturbed sample collection at depths of 1.5mtr, 2.0mtr, 3.0mtr, 4.5mtr, 6.0mtr up to 10mtrs on change of strata and carrying out other related tests for carrying out safe bearing capacity of soil including, mobilization and demobilization of tools, machinery and man power including marking of bore hole location on ground as per direction of engineer-in- charge. preparation and submission of hard copies and soft copy in pdf format of the final report of all the test / field investigation/ laboratory test carried as detailed in specification inclusive of bore loads and recommendation of the parameter found out from the tests including safe bearing capacity for various foundation sizes and at various depth such as 1.5mtr,2.0mtr, 3.0mtr, 4.5mtr, 6.0mtr up to 10 mtrs. including 1)natural moisturecontent 2)specific gravity 3)sieve analysis 4)hydrometer analysis 5)liquid limit/plastic limit 6)bulk/max dey density & omc 7)c-analysis 8)deferential free swell 9)swelling pressure 10)sulphate cholride content of the soil. 3 preparation of detailed estimate of the buildings and services , preparation of boq and draft nit and tender documents as per cpwd dsr/market rate and general conditions of contract and providing engineering consultancy service for establishment of multi-purpose hall at 28 bn itbp camp. 4 consultancy services for preparing detailed architectural and structural design for the enlisted buildings,preparing and submitting all architectural drawings (plan, elevations,side elevations, sectional elevations). consultant/firm will also submit 3d view drawings of all the building etc. minimum 04 sets of all finally approved drawings and two set of soft copies in pen drive of the same will be furnished by the consultant free of cost.however, in case additional sets of drawings in hard copy are essentially required by theemployer/ client, the same shall also be provided free of cost and nothing extra shall be payable on this account. all necessary modification/corrections shall have to be carried out by the consultant as and when the need arise by the department. the consultant shall be associated till completion of the project. 5 consultancy services for design of rcc framed structure, structural analysis,structural drawings (foundation design & details, plumbing details, electrical details, sanitation details, sewerage & development works design,fire fighting system, fire alarm system, service road, and vrv/vrf system, fresh air system etc. complete). minimum 04 sets of all finally approved drawings and two set of soft copies in pen drive of the same will be furnished by the consultant free of cost. however, in case additional sets of drawings in hard copy are essentially required by the employer/client, the same shall also be provided free of cost and nothing extra shall be payable on this account. all necessary modification/corrections shall have to be carried out by the consultant as and when the need arise by the department. the consultant shall be associated till completion of the project. the structural design shall be carried out in terms of latest editions and up-to-datec correction/ amendment/errata of bis codes (bureau of indian standards), other relevant seismic/other codes for making building earthquake resistant, sound engineering practices and as desired by the client/ employer. firm / consultant will responsible for all designs and all structural drawings have to vetted by any indian institute of technology (iits) . contractor is responsible to pay all fee to iit for vetting of structure drawings and no additional payment will make to contractor for this. the consultant will liaise and co-ordinate with such institute approved by engineer-in-charge as and when required and as per the direction of engineer–in charge. preparation of building/structure wise detailed structural ‘good for construction’ drawings and minimum eight set of hard copy at suitable scale should be provided. submission of all design calculations in hard and soft copies as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. any other designing and detailing required for proposed building. note :- contractor is responsible for deputed an eligible/reputed firms/ consultants/ architect (qualification- bachelor of architecture minimum at least 01 years experience with valid registration from council of architecture and structural engineerqualification- m-tech in structures with 01 years experience.)
