tender for providing consultancy services for the structural and architectural design for construction of khel bhawan modern sports infrastructure and residential facility at kandi rajouri (phase-i) including ( athletic track with chain link fencing, reinforced cement concrete drain and paver tiles path, reinforced cement concrete retaining wall, change room for boys & girls, office / chowkidar quarter, main gate, synthetic volleyball court and boys hostel building of khel bhawan at kandi rajouri), conducting geotechnical investigation/soil testing for determination of safe bearing capacity (where ever required), preparation of detailed architectural, structural, plumbing, sanitary, water supply, drainage, electrical and firefighting system designs and drawings as per latest indian standard codes, preparation of contour/ site plan, layout plan, master plan, grading, cross sections, bar bending schedules for all reinforced concrete members, 3d views/ renderings, obtaining vetting/approval of structural and architectural drawings from the competent authority (iit/nit/design directorate/ diqc as applicable), preparation of detailed estimates, boq for tender documents, incorporating all observations/modifications as required by the department or approving authority and submission of all reports, calculations drawings and editable soft and hard copies. the contractor shall supply 5(five) sets of hard copy and 1 (one) set of soft copy of each drawing. 3 (three) sets of drawings shall be supplied in a1 size and 2(two) sets in a3 size, complete in all respects for tendering and execution of the work
