tender for construction, repair and renovation of road at btps jetty; 1 existing main road of btps 2 earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by engineer-incharge 3 preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres 4 laying and spreading cement treated soil sub base on a prepared sub grade, pulverising, adding the designed quantity of cement (the quantity of cement shall be more than 2% by weight of cementsoil mix) to the spread soil, mixing in place with rotavator, grading with the motor grader and compacting with the road roller at omc to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of subbase/base (reference to mort&hs specification 403) 5 providing cement for item no.1.03 in loose volume 6 providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade vg-30 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of aggregate) prepared in batch type hot mix plant of 100-120 tph capacity by using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specificatons and directions of engineer-in-charge 7 providing and laying bituminous concrete 40 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade vg-30 @ 5.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% (percentage by weight of aggregate) and waste plastic additive @ 8% (percentage by weight of bitumen) prepared in batch type hot mix plant of 100- 120 tph capacity by using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of engineer-in-charge
