under the guidance of the nagar panchayat administration, to determine the kasai dodamarg nagar panchayat revenue ward and zone, to fix the rate for tax calculation according to the determined ward and zone and to get approval from the town planning department to cooperate with the nagar panchayat for this work and under the guidance of the nagar panchayat administration, to survey and measure all the buildings within the kasai dodamarg nagar panchayat limits, to tag them on the g.i. s. system, to calculate the tax based on the tax value of the properties, to prepare special notices (as per section 119) by integrating data with the property tax management system (iwbp) of the nagar panchayat, to register objections and to prepare final bills after completing the hearing of them.
