under the guidance of nagar panchayat administration, to determine the lanja nagar panchayat revenue wards and zones, to fix the rates for calculating taxes according to the determined wards and zones and to get approval from the town planning department, to cooperate with the nagar panchayat for this work and to survey all the buildings within the boundaries of the lanja nagar panchayat under the guidance of the nagar panchayat administration and taking measurements, dist. i. s. tagging system, calculating tax based on assessable value of properties, integrating data with municipal property tax management system ( iwbp ) and preparing special notices ( as per section 119 ) , registering objections and preparing final bills after conducting their hearings
