repairs of 22 tr packaged air conditioning unit and allied works installed at neuro surgery ward of gmch jammu-1 i) complete servicing of idu and odu units by chemical or water, as per site requirement, through pump to remove unwanted dust from it and replacement of air filters, drainage line cleaning etc of the whole unit 2 ii) providing and fitting of 11tr compressors by way of dismantling of old/damaged compressor then leak detection test of the compressors line by way of flushing the line and holding pressure with nitrogen for 24 hours, rectification of the leakages and then vacuumizing of the refrigeration line with deep vacuumizing pump and then charging the compressors with refrigerant r-22 3 iii) providing and fitting ofexpansion valve 01 no , outdoor fan motor 01 no ,drier core 01 noin place of damaged onesand replacement of corroded leaking copper refrigerant pipes along with insulation wherever required,complete job includes cost of material, taxes, skilled labour chargesincludes replacement of damaged ones also
