(pediatric ot block) unit using chemical or water, as per site requirement, through pump to remove unwanted dust from it and also washing and cleaning of air filters, drainage, line cleaning etc. for at least three times in the season at periodic interval. – 01 job. repair to machine equipment by way of providing and fitting of 12tr compressor (sm185)- 1 no by way of dismantling of old/damaged compressor including loading/unloading and transportation charges and doingleak detection test of the compressors line by way of flushing the line and holding pressure with nitrogen for 24 hours, rectification of the leakages and then vacuumizing of the refrigeration line with deep vacuumizing pump and then charging the compressors with refrigerant. the job includes refrigerant recovering, leakage repairing, pressure testing, vacuumizing, de-hydration and gas charging. -1 job. supplying and charging the compressors with refrigerant r-22 – 10 kg. replacement of wornout drier filter – 2 nos. replacement of compressor oil by way draining out of old oil and filling of new/fresh oil- 12 ltrs. replacement of wornout/ damaged condensermotor providing and fitting of condenser motor- 2 nos. repair to water pump-motor sets-3 nos. used for pumping the water in cooling circuit of whole chiller plant along with allied works such as necessary protection & safeties, repair to wiring circuit and electrical panels of pump-sets for proper working.electrical rewiring of 24 tr – compressor set as per site requirement. – 1 job. complete job as per instructions of engineer-in-charge and includes flushing and checking/repairing of chiller water line, testing and commissioning of the air conditioning on full loads after repairs, cost of material, all kinds of taxes, labour charges, tools & tackles, other unforeseen materials required for execution of job and also involves cost of technicians, as and when required o attend the complaints of machines and its rectification. moreover, all the electro-mechanical materials used should conform to relevant is/bis/ce standards and codes.
