repair of 105 tr water cooled air conditioning chiller plant no i installed at main plant room of gmch, jammu.-repair of105 tr water cooled air conditioning chiller plant no i installed at main plant room of gmch, jammu by way of disconnecting of electrical connections and holding the water supply by closing the butterfly valves of chiller pipeline. the job includes disconnecting of burnt damaged motherboard with display- rev11.1 of mcs magnum make. job includes providing and fitting of new motherboard with display of same make or equivalent connecting all sensors and relay terminals , motherboard should be compatible to connect to the pc and on site loading of software and programs. as per the heat load the mother board should be able to control and regulate the operation of screw compressor , multiple liquid lines solenoid, electronic expansion valves , liquid injection and economizers. motherboard should be able to read and process the digital signals of sensors of in and out chilled water temperature of condenser water/refrigerant high pressure/refrigerantlow pressure/suction pressure/discharge pressure/compressror motor ampere/over load/under load/flow switch of condenser line and chiller line etc. the mother board should be able to save history data. the job includes providing and fitting of in and out temperature sensors of condenser line in place of damaged ones. the job also includes the testing of leakages in chiller plant then plugging the leakages with help of copper brazing/replacement of nipples etc and then recovering of the refrigerant gas from the unit with the help of vaccunm pump and storing in cylinders and then flushing out the old contaminated compressor oil and filling fresh polyol ester compresser oil 40 ltrs approx).then recharging the plant withrefrigerant gasand opening the butterfly valves to circulate water and then making electrical connections testing of chillar plant on no load and on full load. complete job includes cost of materiai, labour, transportation and all types of taxes etc.
