tender for earthing of electromechanical equipment installed at emergency ot and icu of gmch jammu and replacement of damaged 100-amp mccb at mri 3 tesla of gmch jammu- 1 providing and laying of chemical earthing of the electromechanical equipment’s of emergency ot and icu of gmch jammu by way of excavating of the pit of size 3ftx3ftx10ft deep adjacent to canteen at basement with the help of manual labour and shifting of malba to the safer place. providing and fixing of earthing electrode of 60mm dia. 01 no. in the excavated pit after properly filling of the pit with 2 bags of backfill compound chemical and then filling of the remaining portion of the pit with soil. the job also includes cost of material, charges of installation, transportation charges of material to the site, tools and tackles charges, all unforeseen items/jobs required for the completion of job and all kinds of taxes thereof. complete job. 2 providing and fixing of gi strip of size 25x3mm from electrode to the panel of emergency ot and icu. the job also includes cost of material, fixing charges, transportation charges of material to the site, tools and tackles and all kind of taxes thereof. complete job. 3 replacement of damaged 100 amp mccb switch installed in mri 3 tesla and at basement of gmch, jammu along with allied works by new mccb of same rating. job includes dismantling and taking out of damaged mccb and replacing it with the new 100 amp 4 pole mccb with breaking capacity not less than 25 ka. the mccb shall be of nationally reputed make and standards. the job also includes making provision in the bus bar as per requirement, fitting of the new mccb, cutting of damaged cable ends and providing and fitting of new heavy duty copper thimbles of requisite size, making all the cable connections with the mccb and testing at site. complete job includes cost of material, skilled labour charges, all unforeseen items required for the completion of job and all taxes etc.
