tender for repair of newly allotted eye operation theatre ot of gmch jammu.- 1 replacement of damaged led peripheral lights in false ceiling of size 2x2 with light intensity 50000 lux. the job includes shutting off the power supply to the unit andremoving the damaged led peripheral lights from the ceiling and providing and fitting of new led peripheral lights 2x2 with light intensity 50000 lux. complete job includes the cost of cost of material, taxes andlabour charges, transportation charges etc 2 repair of the surgeon control panel installed in newly allotted eye ot in gmch jammu by adjusting of high & low voltage system, wired to the current ieecontrol panel will be user friendly & ease of operating & maintaining purpose. the panel should be “membrane” type; configured to incorporate all the services that operation room staff requires. the job includes repair/adjustment of time day clock, time elapse day clock, general lighting system ,medical gas alarm panel , hand free telephone set with memory, temperature & humidity indicator with controller,hepa filter status module. , room pressure indicator music control. temperature indicator should indicate the room temperature which should be connected to the local pressure switches of air-conditioning system. indicators should be digital type & clocks having high brightness characters. central lighting system should incorporate all the necessary controls of the lighting. system inside the theatre. the medical gas alarm should indicate high, normal & low gas pressure for each gas service present in the operating system & should have an audible buzzer with mute facility. pressure sensors should be connected to mgps for monitoring the pressures. the control panel should be designed for front- access only. all internal wires should be marked with plastic ferrule type cable markers for ease of identification. 3 supplying and fixing of modular switch/ socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate having 03 no’s of 6 pin 15/16 a socket outlet and 02 no’s of 15/16 a switch( single way) the job includes disconnecting the old damaged switches from their installed positionsand then connecting/fitting the new ones in position. complete job includes the cost of cost of material, taxes andlabour charges, transportation charges etc. 4 repair of the damaged hermatically sealed sliding door by replacing its damaged flush mounted sealant rubber with sterile jointing systems. replacement of damaged false ceiling by providing and fitting of new calcium silicate false ceiling in 600 x 600 mm grid approx 100 sq ft. at the ceiling of the newly allotted eye ot in gmch jammu . complete job includes the cost of cost of material, taxes andlabour charges, transportation charges etc
