repair and maintenance of operational eye operation theatre ot of gmch jammu- 1 replacement of damaged led peripheral lights in false ceiling of size 2x1 with light intensity 50000 lux. the job includes shutting off the power supply to the unit andremoving the damaged led peripheral lights from the ceiling and providing and fitting of new led peripheral lights 2x1 with light intensity 50000 lux. complete job includes the cost of cost of material, taxes andlabour charges, transportation charges etc 2 maintenance/ repair of the ahu of operational eye ot of gmch by shutting the water supply to the unit and repair by way of dismounting of old damaged blower from blower assembly , replacement of damaged blower by providing and fitting of new blower in place of damaged blower in blower assembly and 2 no’s new bearings as per sample, and testing on full load. the job also includes replacementof damaged bearings of ahu motor (15 hp) as per sample along with rewinding of the burnt stator winding and replacement of v beltsand08 no’s prefilters of size 24”x24”x2” in place of damaged ones. then making the connections of the unit and taking trial on full load .the job includeslaying of drainage line from the ahu to the nearest main drain by providing and fitting of pvc pipe 32 mm dia 40 ft ,8 elbows,8 sockets and joining adhesive etc. the job further includes servicing and cleaning of hepa filter system cum laminar air flow system by cleaning it with fresh water spray gun and then with chemical cleaner. the job further includes replacement of 06 no’s of damaged hepa filters by providing and fitting of new hepa filters of 0.3 micronas per sample.the job includes cleaning of the air duct by manual means from both the inlet and the outlet of the duct using special tools and tackles. complete job includes the cost of cost of material, taxes andlabour charges, transportation charges etc. 3 supplying and fixing of modular switch/ socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate having 03 no’s of 6 pin 15/16 a socket outlet and 02 no’s of 15/16 a switch( single way) the job includes disconnecting the old damaged switches from their installed positionsand then connecting/fitting the new ones in position. complete job includes the cost of cost of material, taxes andlabour charges, transportation charges etc.
