tender for nctps ii mi circle bm iii unit ii aoh 2025 26 of id fan 2a and 2b; 1 charges for opening of fan casing inspection manual doors, water washing of id fan internals from fan suction to discharge (from fan suction gate to discharge gate) and complete inspection of fan internals such as shaft, impeller with liner assembly and fan inner casing and attending minor repair as directed by engineer in chargework including the cost of the consumables and t&ps. 2 charges for arresting of shaft assembly, loosening of fan de/nde brg housing bolts and tapper locking pins. dimantling of bearing outer top housing assembly, brg housing cooling water inlet & outletflexible hoses and cleaning of bearing inner housing. taking initial radial and axial clearance readings to record, lifting of journal brgs and releasing of oil control rings. complete inpection of journal bearings, bearing inner & outer housings, shaft, bearing mounting area, brg housing acw flexible hoses & its assembly, oil control rings and sealing collars. take the final radial clearance of fan brg to brg housing and axial clearance to record. remounting of fan bearings, oil control ring, acw flexible inlet/outlet hoses, brg outer top housing.refixing & tightening of housing bolts and tapper locking pin, boxing up of fan de/nde brg housings and normalizing as directed by engineer in charge including the cost of consumables and t&p’s. 3 charges for releasing of fan & motor coupling guard, decouple the motor from fan, fixing of chain block for rotating/locking the fan shaft assembly, taking the pre-alignment readings of fan & motor for initial reference. align the fan and motor by axially and radially and checking the final readings are within the allowable limits.checking the radial and axial clearances for de & nde radial seal assembly and attending minor repair work. checking the tightness of fan conical cover plate bolts, impeller mounting bolts and impeller liner assembly & its countersunk bolts. couple the motor with fan and refixing of motor/fan coupling guard for normalizing the system as directed by the engineer in charge including consumables and t&p’s. 4 charges for disconnecting the igv drive shaft from actuator and disconnecting all the link rod assembly from connecting rod. complete cleaning and inspection of igv actuator gear box by removal of existing lubricant and cleaning of links & flaps by using service air, made freeness of all link rod assembly by frequent opening and closingof each flaps using chain block. lubricating the gear box, drive shaft, links & flaps and reassembling to complete and ensure the freeness of igv operation by manually and electrically including consumables and t&p’s. 5 charges for dismantling of lube oil lines, suction strainers, line filters, lub oil pumps, motor & pump couplings & its spiders and draining of lub oil tank. cleaning of lube oil coolers, checkingthe condition of oil cooler ‘o’ rings & gaskets and lub oil line & acw valve fittings. attending oil/acw leaks and reassembling of cooler assembly. complete cleaning & inspection of lube oil tank, connecting the lube oil line & its fittings to fan bearing housings, filling of new/old lube oil upto the adequate level and boxing up the lube oil tank. conducting pumps trial run and normalizing the lub oil system as directed by the engineer in charge including the cost of transportation, consumables and t&p’s.
