annual maintenance contract (routine/preventive/ breakdown maintenance) of various 220 kv & 132 kv transmission lines under the jurisdiction of tlmd-vii srinagar for the year 2024-25.- checking and tightening of jumpers . 2 replacement of burnt/damaged jumpers (material to be supplied by the deptt.) 3 replacement of damaged disc insulator(material to be supplied by the deptt.) 4 tension string 5 suspension string 6 repairing of power conductorwhen lowering of conductor is necessary.complete job including laying of condcutor, making of compression joint, if any, rough sagging,tensioning of conductor,fixing dead-end assembly. per conductor tension to tension.(one conductor per span) 7 repairing of earth wire when lowering of earthwire is necessary (complete job) including compression joint if required.laying of earthwire,tensioning,dead-end asembly etc.upto span length 500 meter tension to tension point. 8 procurement of various items of line material 9 tightening of nuts and bolts of tower superstructures replacement of missing ones.upto 4.0tonnes (nuts & bolts to be supplied by the department) 10 a) tower weight more than 4 tonnes upto 7.5 tonnes. 11 b) tower weight more than 7.5 tonnes 12 fixining of missing members of various towers including fabrication,drilling and carriage of all materials from divisional stores to various sites( material will be issued from divisional stores) 13 checking/ tightening of tower footing earthing bolts and measuring tower footing resistance. 14 branch cutting :in a corridor width of 27 meter for 132 kv 15 branch cutting :in a corridor width of 35 meter for 220 kv 16 felling of trees in the corridor 17 dismantellingoftower superstructure incl.its manual/mechanical carriages upto divisional store and stacking thereof. 18 erection of tower super structure incl.manual/mechanical carriages from available source 19 erection ofers incltransportation from pampore stores, manual carriage upto site, providing ofbackstays , shifting of conductor after fixing of extra conductor,insulators & hardwares. dismantelling of conductor, de-erection ofers, return carriage to loading site, loading & transportation upto pampore stores (complete job). 20 de-stringing of acsr conductorincl. discs, fittings etc and its shiftingto divisional storesincl.manual/mechanical carriages (complete job) 21 0.2 acsr 22 0.4 acsr 23 stringing ofacsr conductor alongwith fixing of disc insulators, hardware fittingsincl.manual/mechanical carriages (complete job) 24 0.2 acsr 25 0.4 acsr 26 supply of pg clamps suitable for 0.2 acsr conductor 27 supply of pg clamps suitable for 0.4 acsr conductor
