tender for stage contract for annual maintenance of transmission lines in the jurisdiction of sub div-ist & civil , transmission lines , checking and tightening of jumpers ( rate shall be per jumper ) , replacement of burnt/ damaged jumpers ( rate shall be per jumper ) including cost of material , replacement of damaged disc insulators , tension string ( rate shall be per disc . ) , suspension string ( rate shall be per disc . ) , repairing of power conductor when lowering of conductor is necessary . complete job including laying of conductor , making of compression joint , if any , rough sagging tensioning of conductor , fixing dead end assembly etc . upto span of 500 meter tension ( rates shall be per span per phase ) , fixing of repair sleeves compression type for acsr panther /zebra conductor including cost of material ( rate shall be per sleeve ) , making mid span compression joint including cost of material ( rates shall be per joint ) , tightening of nuts and bolts of tower superstructures rates shall be per tower , tower weight upto 4 mt , tower weight more than 4 mt upto 7 . 5 mt , tower weight more than 7 . 5 mt , providing & fixing of missing gi lattice members , bolts , nuts & washers if any for tower superstructures , checking / tightening of tower footing earthing bolts and measuring tower footing resistance ( rate shall be per tower ) , branch cutting: in a corridor width of 15 meter for 132kv d/c , branch cutting: in a corridor width of 30 meter for 220kv d/c , repairing damaged conductor by using helikal sleeve or bolted or by shorting method without lowering the conductor ( rate shall be per span per phase ) , repairing / re-fixing of anti climbing devices per tower , providing & fixing of anti climbing devices per tower , fixing of phase plates/ no . plates/ danger plates per d/c tower rates shall be per tower , providing of vehicles including pol for meeting urgent field services viz . fault locating , rectification and restoration of power supply including shifting of restoration teams along with requisite t&p items .
