repair replacement of old damaged parts of existing 02 nos lifts thyssen krupp make with capacity of 13 passengers each along with allied works installed at gmch, jammu- 1 providing and fitting of batteries of 4 nos. in ard system of thyssen krupp lift by way of dismantling the old batteries and then installing the new 12v 18ah capacity - 4 nos. in each lift installed at gmch, jammu. the complete job includes cost of material, labour charges for skilled and semi skilled labour , hire charges for all kind of tools and tackles , transportation and carriage charges, and all kinds of taxes thereof. 2 providing and fitting of 01 no. aluminium chequered sheet flooring by way of dismantling the old/wornout rubber flooring and then riveting the aluminium chequered plate of size 5.5’ × 4.5’ and 2 mm thickness to the floor with the help of drill machine and rivets. the plates should be of higher grade quality and should have excellent corrosion resistance, water resistance, etc. the complete job includes cost of material, labour charges for skilled and semi skilled labour, hire charges for all kind of tools and tackles, transportation and carriage charges, and all kinds of taxes thereof. 3 replacement of 04 no’s led car cabin lights to be installed at the cabin top in the lift. the job includes disconnecting the power supply to the old/defunct cabin lights, dismantling the old/defunct cabin lights and installing acrylic sheet of required thickness and size 8.5’×5.5’to the cabin top with the help of adhesive for making room for the conceal box of the sample size and then replacing old/defunct cabin lights with new lights of wattage 6 watt each, cool day white colour, should be flush mounted designed to fit in conceal box of the sample size. the job further includes testing and commissioning of the installed cabin lights. the complete job includes cost of material, labour charges for skilled and semi skilled labour, hire charges for all kind of tools and tackles , transportation and carriage charges, and all kinds of taxes thereof. 4 replacement of 01 no. elevator cabin fans. the job includes dismantling of old/damaged elevator cabin fans and providing & fitting of new elevator cabin fans as per the sample. the job further includes testing and commissioning of the cabin fans for smooth functioning of the lift. the complete job includes cost of material, labour charges for skilled and semi skilled labour, hire charges for all kind of tools and tackles , transportation and carriage charges, and all kinds of taxes thereof.
