bids are invited for repair, maintenance, and installation of plant/ systems/equipments (version 2) - defect rectification of defect serial e-248 & e-249; defect rectification of defect serial e-248 & e-249; service provider; e-248 abnormal noise and vibration observed on diesel driven pump (make: yanmar, model: l48n) of spill spray system. on inspection, found starting mechanism securing bolts and rubber bushes (qty: 05 each) deteriorated and loosened from main body. to be renewed as per sample and proved. inway jobs included renewal and refitment of starting mechanism. e-249 port diesel driven pump (make: yanmar, model: l70ee, yydxl031 din) of heli skimmer not developing rated pressure view impeller and impeller casing worn out. pump to be overhauled and proved for satisfactory operation.
