maintenance work of power transformer at 33 / 11 k.v sub station- 1 drain out of oil t / f 33 / 11 kv 5 mva &10 mva t / f in empty oil drum at site. 2 opening of hv&lv side bushing chamber neutral using, oil pipe line of t / f 3 providing and fixing of gasket as per existing size made of rubberized carksheet, kotika / talbraze brand grade 007 and replacement old and damage gasket as per following. 4 removal of damaged packing of hv side bushing and replacement with new gasket 5 removal of damaged packing of lv side bushing and replacement with new gasket 6 removal of damaged packing of neutral bushing andreplacement with new gasket, its fixing after proper cleaning 7 removal of damaged packing of connecting pipe line from conservator tank to main tank including replacement of gasket of bushing air release valve. 8 errection of radiators, conservator tank with vent pipe structure of 5 mva &10 mva t / f after proper cleaning and its fixing also. 9 removal of sludge from t / f tank and rinsing core assembly with t / f oil. 10 centrifuging of transformer oil and replenishment of oil in t / fafter gaining desired bdv. 11 scrubbing rubbing cleaning and painting of 5 mva&10 mvat / f with all 33 kv gantry provision of 1 coat of primer and two coat smokegray enamel paint & alu.paintas per norm of uppcl. 12 painting of 11 kv switch gears in the control room with one coat of primerand two coat a smoke gray paint 13 writing the name of feeders, ct ratio and other related information by white paint on 11 kv switch gear. 14 preparation of new plates of power t / f / switch gear equipment etc and fixing of name plate at appropriate equipment
