schedule of rates & quantum of works involved in cartage of empty oil drum & safe drain out of t / f oil and replacement of gasket, washer and other petty spare and centrifuging of t / f oil in 5 mva t / f for maintening the un-interrupted supply to consumers and 33 / 11kvs / s maharajhganj tehsilraebareli. under the jurisdiction of edd- maharajganj, raebareli- 1 drain out of oil t / f 33 / 11 kv 5mva t / fin empty oil drumat site including the work of cartage of empty t / f oil drum from t / fwork shop of raebareli 2 opening of hv & lv side busing chamberneutralusing oil pipe line, rediators, conservator tank, vent pipe etc. by man power and hydra 3 providing & fixing of gasket as per existing size made of rubberrized cark sheet, kotika / tal braze brand grade 007 and replacement old and damage gasket as per following part of 05 mva. 4 removal of damage packing of hv side busing and replacement with new gasket. 5 removal of damage packing of lv side busing and replacement with new gasket. 6 removal of damage packing of neutralbusing and replacement with new gasket. its fixing after proper cleaning. 7 removal of damagedpacking of 06 no. radiators, 20 no. valueinside & outside headers, ht, & lt, busingchamber replacementby new gasket and these fitting after proper, cleaning. 8 opening of inspection cover, neutral with air releasing value, drain out value, conservetor oil tank and pipe header, then renewal of damage packing and replacement by new and its fixing after proper cleaning. 9 removelof damage packing of connecting pipe line from conservatortank to main tank including replacement of gasket of busing air release valve. 10 replacement of damage packing of o.l.t.c top plant cover etc. 11 filling of t / f oil upto the prescribed level up to 20 kl. oil tanker through machine and centrifuging the oil to the active desired result centrifuging the 5mva t / f by connecting pipe line sucting and delivery line if centrifuging after shiffting the centrifuging m / c near tank taking i / r value & bdvvalue then centrifuging of this oil into t / f to desiredvalue / result.
