tender for installation and supply of ladakh green house under ladakh green house project. supply of ladakh green house under ladakh green house project , ladakh green house ( 60x24 ) ( location nubra ) , a. work to be carried out by the contractor / supplier / vendor / firm. a. size of green house :- 60ft x24ft x 9ft 6 inches approx ( lxwxh ) ( external dimension ) . b. door:- rectangular iron door frame ; dimension 6’x 2’8” approx; uv stabilized triple layer 16mm polycarbonate sheet panel with hook for supporting extra protective covering for winter. c. window:- 4 nos ( one no 2’x2’ approx on side wall ( three nos 2’x2’ on metal frame ) with provision for opening. d. above ground metallic frames:- ms rectangular hollow pipe ( 50-55x25-27x3.0-3.2mm ) duly bended in required shape at approx 4.5’-5.00’ distance horizontally and 3.2’-3.6’ vertically as per width of the polycarbonate sheet, joints welded / nuts bolts: pipes paints with red oxide and enameled coated. e. vertical poles:- two nos of 50mm ms supporting poles of approx size 63’ each to support the roof. f. supporting poles:- four nos of metallic supporting poles of approx ( 50mm ms pipe ) to support theroof ( approx 9-10’ height above ground and 1’ underground ) and four nos of support pole in middle of the green house structure ( approx 6-7.5’ height above ground and 1’ underground. welding / nut bolt of joints base supporting angles properly bolt with anchor bolt. g. foundation of supporting should be cement concrete, poles to be fixed on foundation plate with nuts bolts. h. metallic pipes paint with red oxide and enameled coated. i. a metallic pipe ( 50mm approx 3 ft length bend at one side ) on one side of the wall at ground level for irrigation purpose. j. roofing :- roof made of coloured pre painted gi sheet of size 10’x4’x0.6-0.7’mm properly anchored and covered with mud or soil of 5 inches thick roof to be given support with truss of ms pipe ( 50mm ) . k. cladding material:- triple layer polycarbonate sheet 16mm thick uv protected on both sides ( 90-100 microns on the top and 90-100 microns at the bottom ) , clearwhite ( approx 110 sq meter area ) on above ground metallic frame: polycarbonate joints should be on the metallic frame polycarbonate should be fixed using58-62x18-22x1.6-1.7 mm alcox section with e.p.d.m rubber gasket and water proofing silicon sealant whereverrequired so as to make it water tight. alcox section shall be fixed on ms pipe with stainless steel fixing screws. h ) a metallic pipe ( 50mm, approx 3 feet length, bend at one side ) on one side of the wall at ground level for irrigation purpose.
