ladakh green house (size 32ft x 18ft) location leh and kharu. supply of ladakh green house under ladakh green project location leh. , ladakh green house (32x18) (location leh / kharu) , work to be carried out by contractor/supplier/vendor/firma aa) size of greenhouse : 32 feetx 18 feet approx (l x w) ( external dimension) b) door : rectangular iron door frame, inner door dimension;5 x 2.8’ approx; uv stabilized triple layer 16mm polycarbonate sheet panel with hook for supporting extra protective covering for winter. c) window: 3 nos (2’ x 2’ approx), (02 on metal frame, 1 one side wall) d) above ground metallic frame; ms rectangular hollow pipe (50-55 x 25-27 x 3.0-3.2 mm, at approx 4’.6”-5’ distance between angle to angle horizontally and 3’2”-3’6” distance vertically as per width of the polycarbonate sheet; joints welded/nut bolt; pipes paint with red oxide and enameled coated. e) supporting poles: two nos of metallic supporting poles (50mm ms pipes) approx 9’ length above ground; 1’ below ground) to support gi roof. wielding/nut bolts of joints; base supporting anglesproperly nut bolt with anchor bolt; foundation of the supporting poles should be ofcement concrete, poles to be fixed on foundation plate with nut bolts; metallic pipes paint with red oxide and enameled coated. f) roofing: roof made of coloured pre-painted gi sheet of size 10’ x4’ x 0.6-0.7mm properly anchored and covered with mud or soil of 5inches thick. roof to be given support with truss of ms pipes(50mm). g) cladding material:- triple layer polycarbonate sheet, 16mm thick uv protected on both sides (90-100 microns on the top and 90-100 microns at the bottom),clear white(approx 64 sq meter area) on above ground metallic frame: polycarbonate joints should be on the metallic frame. polycarbonate should be fixed using 58-62x18-221.6-1.7 mm alcox section with e.p.d.m rubber gasket and water proofing silicon sealant wherever required so as to make it water tight. alcox section shall be fixed on ms pipe with stainless steel fixing screws. h) a metallic pipe (50mm,approx 3 feet length, bend at one side) on one side of the wall at ground level for irrigation purpose.
