replacement of wornout components of 8000 gph x 250 mtrs head hc pump set at f/p jhajjar kotli-replacement of wornout components of hc pump set of 8000 gph x 250 mtrs head installed at filtration plant jhajjar kotli by way of disconnecting power cables and dismantling of the suction and delivery bends and removing the pump set from base plate after decoupling. shifting the pump set outside pump room with the help of chain pulley block and manual labour and then loading in mechanical transport for carriage to workshop and unloading there. segregating the damaged parts i.e. pump shaft, impellers, stage casing c.i bodies, gland set and bearings, etc. repairing of pump shaft by way of welding , turning and polishing making bearing size. p/f of new impellers- 04 nos. and repair to 04 no. impeller, neck rings – 8 nos., gland bush -02 no., repairs to bearing housing, bracket sleeve-01 no, diffuser bush – 8 nos.,coupling bolts and rubber bushes. providing and fitting new bearings 7308- 01 no. and nu 308- 01 no.atde and nde and greasing them.assembling the pump motor set, shifting back to site using manual labour and then fitting on base plate, suction and delivery flanges both by p/f of nuts, bolts and rubber flanges after proper leveling/alignment etc. the job includes carriage charges from pump room to road side and vice versa. complete job including cost of material, labour, installation and testing at site.
