replacement of damaged components of 10000 gph x 175 mtrs head hc pump set installed at cps upper thathar- 1 replacement of damaged components to 10000 gph x 175 mhc pump set installed at p/stn. upper thather. the job involves decoupling of pump from the motor, removing from base plate & shifting to workshop using requisite tools, tackles and manual labour. complete dismantling of pump, extraction of the impellers along with allied neck rings and other internal parts of the pump set. rebuilding of the pump shaft at damaged portions and making seat for bearings by turning & polishing the shaft. replacement of impellers-04 nos. by welding, turning and brazing etc.,fabrication/ fittingof neck rings - 04 nos., fabrication and fitting of body bushes -04 nos., gland bushes- 2 nos., fabrication/fitting of balancing plate, fabrication/fitting of bearing housing, repair to bearing plateby way of fitting of sleeves- 2nos., bearings - 2 nos., providing/fitting of oil seal- 02 nos.,fabrication and fitting of chuck nut , replacement of studs/nuts- 10 nos. and gland bracket- 1 no. , repair to motor’s rotor shaft by way of welding, turning and brazing etc., fabrication/fitting of sleeves to motor’s end covers – 02 nos., providing fitting of bearing - 2 nos. and assembling of hc pump and shifting it back to site. unloading of hc pumpset and placing it on the base frame by using crane/ manual labour as per the requirement of the site. providing fixing of gland rope to both de and nde side of the hc pump. the proper lubricating material / greasing shall be provided wherever required.complete assembling of the pump with motor & testing on no load and full load. complete job includes cost of material, transportation, to and fro handling, labour, taxes etc.
