replacement of components of 50000gph x 158mhead hc pump unit no. 2 installed at tawi high lift pumping station-replacement of components of 50000 gph x 158mhead hc pump unit no. 2 installed at tawi high lift pumping station.. repair to the pumpset by way of dismantling the pumping unit from the base frame, carriage and shifting to work shop and then dismantling of pump set. repair to the pump shaft by rebuilding, welding and turning . repair to impellers by brazing and turning on lathe. providing and fitting diffuser bushes - 3 nos, neck rings 4 nos., thrust plate setas per sample size.providing and fitting of brass bearings- 2 nos. at the non delivery end& 1 no .at thedelivery end as per sample. providing and fitting of glands with studs on both sides of the pump with nuts. providing and fitting of shaft protection sleeves 2nos and check nuts. assembling and refitting of pump set and shifting to site. repairs to the motor by way of dismantling all electrical connections and extraction of rotor from the motor. repairs to the rotor shaft by remetaling , turning, finishing to bearings size. providing and fitting of bearings of required specifications at both ends and greasing them. the job also includes the cost of material and assembling the motor. the job also includes carriage of pump unit to and fro from pumping station. providing and fitting of coupling bolts . making proper positioning leveling and alignment of the pumping unit i.e. pump motor and testing the unit on full load at site. job includes cost of material, labour and carriage charges.
