replacement of wornout components of hc pump set of capacity 10000 gph x 250 mtrs head standby installed at tube / well cum p / s kaluchak ( mahindra ) .-replacement of worn out components of 10, 000 gph x 250 mtrs headhc pump ( stand by ) set installed at t / well cum p / s kalu chak mahindera by disconnecting power cables and dismantling of the suction and delivery bends and removing the pump set from base plate after decoupling. shifting the pump set outside pump room with the help of chain pulley block and manual labour and then loading in mechanical transport for carriage to workshop and unloading there. segregating the damaged parts i.e. pump shaft, impellers, stage casing c.i bodies, gland set and bearings, etc. fabrication providing and fitting of new pump shaft as per sample. providing and fitting of new impellers- 06 nos. and repair to 06 nos. impeller, neck rings – 12 nos., gland bush -02 no., repairs to bearing housing, bracket sleeve-01 no, diffuser bush – 12 nos., coupling bolts and rubber bushes. p / f of new bearings 7308- 2 nos. and n 308- 1 no. assembling the pump motor set, shifting back to site using manual labour and then fitting on base plate, suction and delivery flanges both by p / f of nuts, bolts and rubber flanges after proper leveling / alignment etc. the job includes carriage charges from t / well to road side and vice versa. complete job including cost of material, labour, installation and testing at site.
