tender for replacement of old damaged a.c.c. sheets roof from lime classifier, dorr, mill house, sulphur godown, workshop by colour coated sheets- 1 replacement of old damaged a.c.c. sheets roof from lime classifier, dorr, mill house, sulphur godown, workshop by colour coated sheets. : 2 ( a ) removal of all existing old c.g.i. / a.c.c. sheets from the existing surface and stacking old c.g.i. / a.c.c.sheets at fixed place as per direction by department head and supply trapexoidal / corrugated sheeting on galvalume in color coating sheet ( jsw make ) having width of 1090 mm, 30 mm crest at a pitch of 200 mm stiffened with 8 mm deep intermittent corrugation sheet made from base metal having 0.50 mm thickness on steel of grade 345 as per astm a 792 m coated with alloy of a1 & zn to grade az minimum alloy mass 150 gm total both side with color coating having complete dip tank pre-treatment process with chromate conversion ( cr+3 ) as main pretreatment followed by pu primer of min. 5 micron dft on each surface, finished with special polyster paint to grade 20 of min. 20 micron dft on exposed surface & 5 micron in grey / any shade on unexposed surface and fixing of above sheets on the roof of weight juice tank to drier house, with necessary self drilling & self trapping screw / bolt & nuts. epdm washers with side laps 43.9 mm. and laps 150 mm. where every required. the rates shall include costs of laps, fixtures like sd / self trapping screws ( 12 x 14 x 60 mm. ) with epdm washer incl. stitching as required incomplete line & level, inclusive lifting to all heights as required. 3 removal and supply of ridge of same material as above said having total width of 1090 mm crimped curve type / pressed with same profile and fixing of ridge with all necessary jointing material inclusive cost of bolts, nuts, washers, sealing material, cutting hole & making drop & funnels etc.
