tender for supply of colour coated sheet , removal of all existing old cgi / acc sheets from the existing surface and stacking old cgi / acc sheets at fixed place as per direction by department head and supply trapezoidal / corrugated sheeting on galvalume in color coating sheets ( jsw make ) having width of 1090mm, 30mm crest at a pitch of 200 mm stiffened with 8mm deep intermittent corrugations sheets made from base metal having 0.5mm thickness on steel of grade 345 as per astma 792 m coated with alloy of a1 &zn to grade minimum alloy mass 150 gm, total both side with color coated having complete dip tank pre-treatment process with chromate conversion ( cr+3 ) as main pretreatment followed by pu primer of min-5 micron dft on each surface, finished with special polyester paint to grade 20 of min -20 micron dft on exposed surface & 5 micron in blue shad on unexposed surface and fixing of above sheets on the roof of boiling house & mill house with necessary self drilling and self trapping screw / bolt & nuts, spdm washers with side laps 43.9 mm and laps 150mm. where every required. the rate shall including post of laps fixture like sd / self trapping screws, ( 12.x14x60mm ) with epdm washers incl. stitching as required incomplete line and level, inclusive lifting to all height as required. , supply of ridge of same material as above said having total width of 1090 mm crimped curve type / pressed with same profit and fixing of ridge with all necessary jointing material inclusive cost of bolt nut, washers, selling material, cutting hole making drop and making and funnels etc.
