providing, supplying and erection of gas operated cremator furnace for mcl ballarpur cremator furnace shell consisting of combustion chamber dully lined with refractory bricks of high alumina content of over 40 % al2o3 and backed by insulating bricks, with back up insulation of 25 mm thick ceramic wool provided inside outer cover panels and operator view glass and body loading at 900 mm height from the ground level. heavy duty rolled m.s. sections and good quality fabrication with hearth provided with refractory cast slabs. wielding done up side down to prevent leakages and 225 mm size taper refractory bricks are used to provide the crown or arch weighing about 8.5 tons. , main gas burner with auxiliary burner complete with refractory burner blocks, atomizing arrangement with oil and air lines duly connected , blowers with air lining flange welded construction. the blowers are fitted 3 hp electric motors and are of 300 cfm capacity with over load relays and contactors and separate switches and fuses , gas reticulation for supplying the lp gas to the cremator from the gas cylinders storage shed with pig tails, regulators for 48 cylinders, valves, seamless pipe, pressure gauges, change over valve, solenoid valves, shut off valves etc. , door assembly lined like the main furnace body of the cremator. supported on 3 nos plummer blocks, with counter weight type arrangement and chain pulley blocks for easy operation. door weighs 0.5 tones , body loading mechanism with 10 guage high carbon steel metal mesh belt with sprocket and chain arrangement with a geared reduction motor and separate traveling crain type cable suspended from above for ease in operation , electric control panel with 3 nos of pilot lamps, 12 nos of fuses, 100 amps bus bar, and one number of temperature indicator of digital dancing type characters with contactors and relaysfor each motor. separately in m.s. fabricated unit , 30 meter tall self supported m.s. chimney , s.s. 304 water scrubber, necessary ducting up to the chimney. 6000 litres capacity water tank with pump and plumbing , 7.5 kva 3 phase generator duly coupled with alternator, mechanical change over, cabling, control panel , air cooled 10 hp diesel engine with 4 nos of anti vibratory mounts , civil cost of contruction & erection of gas operated cremator furnace
