annual maintenance of 132 kv kota-tapri ( tss ) line-1 attending breakdown of broken panther conductor or its priventive maintanance by jointing it with mid span / dead end compression joints including sagging down of conductor and compressing of mid span / dead end joints and restring of the same. 2 repairing of damaged acsr panther conductor by repair sleeve while conductor is down to earth during attending breakdown as mentioned in above sl. no. 1 repair sleeve will be provided by depratment . 3 tightening of loose tower part in half upper section of line including all labour & t&p extra. 4 opening / cutting of nut & bolt of remaining cut pieces of tower members stolen by miscreants to be opened / cut safely with the help of gas cutter / hacksaw blade. fabrication & fixing of tower members including cartage of steel angles from sub-station store, punching holes for proper placement tightening of nuts & bolts punching & chamfering at different tower location of above transmission line and associated work to complete the job satisfactorily. tower parts will be provided by the department. 5 manually checking of polymer disc insulator strings from cross arm to tower top of all towers, checking of healthiness of insulator string, birds nest, coppr bond & fastening of bull dog clamps etc. 6 tightening of jumpers at tension towers on both side & replacing nut, bolt & washer if required per . 7 fixing of missing / displaced arcing horn. 8 fixing of missing / displaced vibration dampers. 9 removing of bird’s nest from different towers in respect of above lines. 10 strengthening / replacement of damaged jumpers at tension towers. 11 complete replacement of 120 & 70 kn damaged polymer string with new polymer string by using special t&p. work involves carriage of all material from the store to site & scrap if any return back to the concern substation store . 11.01 ( a ) replacement of 70 kn suspention polymer / porcalin disc string. 11.02 ( b ) replacement of 120 kn tension polymer / porcalin disc string.
