nit for photocopying work at regional office , food corporation of india , bhubaneswar and supply of photocopy machine with operator for execution of the work for a period of 2 ( two ) years . , photocopy , rate for dual-side photocopying in a single a4 page ( 1 ) rate for single side photocopying will be calculated at 50% of the quote ( 2 ) the quote should be exclusive of all taxes ( 3 ) the vendor will install and operate his own equipment in fci premises at his own risk and cost ( 4 ) the vendor has to bear the cost of all consumables like toner , paper etc . as well as bear maintenance cost of all equipment used for the purpose . ( 5 ) only jk copier paper of 75 gsm is to be used for photocopy output . ( 6 ) electricity will be provided and borne by fci .
