tender for ridf project - - automatic nitrogen / protein estimation system :fully automatic pc controlled nitrogen / protein determinator compatible on windows platform based on high temperature combustion method suitable for analysis of food, agricultural and water samples following internationally approved ( by aoac, iso, etc. ) method with all essential accessories. the system should be equipped with proven technology to reduce cost per analysis and must generate repeatable and reproducible analytical results with following specifications. n1. furnace: the system should have hot dual furnace system for combustion and reduction with provision to produce oxygen atmosphere for rapid combustion of sample; fitted with combustion tube with suitable design for easy removal of ash, moisture and gases produced. n2. furnace temperature range: 500-1000 °c for combustion / reduction or better and 70-250 °c for desorption n3. detection method: should be based on thermal conductivity using thermal combustion cell. n4. instrument range: capable of analyzing sample in the range of 1.0 to 200 mg or better. n5. operating mode: capable of measuring nitrogen by combustion method with helium as carrier gas. n6. measuring parameters: range for n: 0.01-50 mg with acceptable precision, readability and calibration; detection limit 0.003 mg of nitrogen with relative standard deviation of < 0.5 %. n7. analysis time: 6 minutes or less. n8. injection system: zero blank electronic auto sampler should be included with minimum 30 positions or more. n9. chemical reagents: all the necessary standard chemicals / reagents and other consumables, if any should be offered for analysis of at least 1000 solid & liquid samples or more. n10. gases and allied accessories: all the gases viz., helium as carrier, oxygen for combustion required for the system should be offered with cylinders with certificates along with respective dual stage s.s. regulator are to be supplied. offer for gas panel should include sieve, moisture traps with necessary tubing’s, nuts & ferrules including fitting & fixing. n11. computer system: suitable branded external pc ( window workstation with a 22” monitor ) with inbuilt software & tested for fool proof operation to operate the instrument with laser jet printer from branded make should be offered. n12. installation and demonstration: nthe instrument should be installed in the laboratory free of cost. onsite demonstration & training of the system by the application specialist to our lab personal followed by issuance of training certificates to the trainees. n13. warranty & system calibration: at least 3 years onsite warranty should also be quoted along with the offer. supplier must have kolkata based service facility with factory trained engineer. system calibration should be done once in every year with issue of calibration certificate as per iso: 17025 during the warranty period. n14. performance certificate: quoted equipment should be latest with proof of installation report / performance certificate from reputed organizations is to be attached along with technical bid. n15. emd: rs. 15, 000 ( rupees fifteen thousand only ) in the form of bank draft in favour of ‘bidhan chandra krishi viswavidyalaya’ payable at kalyani ( ifsc: sbin0001082 ) ; scan copy of the draft must be uploaded as the supporting document during submission of e-tender. without emd quotations will not be considered for technical or financial comparison. however, bidders are requested not to send the original draft during tendering process. n bi01010001010000000000000515bi0100001118 1 nos
