supply and stacking of glass putty . 9 b suspense stock during 2020 21sh supply and stacking of glass putty . , supply and stacking of the following material as per cpwd specification 2009 at ndmc store including all leads:- , glass putty for steel work confirming to relevant is: 419-1967 in 10 kg tin packing . , conditions:-1 . the sample of material shall be got approved from the engineer-in-charge before the supply started . 2 . the quoted rates shall be net , inclusive of all taxes i . e . gst , cartage etc . and nothing extra shall be paid over the quoted rates . 3 . the supply shall be made in proportionate to the time allowed for supply . 4 . the supplier shall submit the manufactures test report of the make/brand of supplied materials . 5 . the supplier/contractor will replace the breakage of the goods/materials at his own risk and cost at the of delivery . 6 . the supply shall be completed in proportionate to the time of completion of supply and as per directions of the engineer-in-charge . 7 . whenever testing charges for getting the samples of material/goods/articles tested in the testing laboratory approved by the engineer-in-charge are required to be borne by the ndmc as per specification and condition of contract . the testing charges shall be initially paid by the contractor and the amount so paid shall be reimbursed to the contractor in the running bills on receipt of the test report and submission of original receipt issued by such laboratory . if test is failed then testing charges will be borne by the contractor/supplier himself .
