supplying and stacking of coarse sand 9 b suspense stock during 2021 22 sh supplying and stacking of coarse sand , supply and stacking of the following material at mahadev road ndmc store pandit pant marg, new delhi including all leads as per direction of engineer-in-chargre.:- , coarse sand ( zone iii ) , conditions:- 1. the material shall be supplied at any ndmc store in new delhi as per direction of engineer-in-charge. 2. the quoted rates shall be net, inclusive of all taxes i.e. gst, cartage etc. and nothing extra shall be paid over the quoted rates in this account to the contractor. 3. the material shall be supplied from time to time proportionately to the time of completion of supply or as per direction of engineer-in-charge. 4. the material shall be supplied as per cpwd specifications and entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge. 5. in case sample fails in the test the quantity representing the sample shall be replaced by the supplier at his own risk and cost and department will charge the storage charges @ 2% ( two percent ) of the amount of failed material required for replacement after 10 days. 6. the testing of the samples will be done as per cpwd specifications and shall be got tested from any approved lab. as per directions of engineer-in-charge. 7. contractor will have to stack the material and sent the sample for testing within 3 ( three ) days of supply. 8. payment will be released only after receiving the satisfactory test report from lab.
