tender for job order - job order for repair / maintenance and replacement spare parts of 05 nos machine held at iw wksp ( esd kka ) :- a job work for disconnecting of electric connection, segregation of unserviceable spare parts of following machines and repair / maintenance and replacement unsv spare parts to making serviceable. all the new items will be supplied by the vendor for replacement with unserviceable must be requisite as per existing make, model, size and brand and additional cost for the new supplied items be included in the job order. if it is not possible for repair at site, then the same may be taken outside from the depot at your own cost and risk. department will not be held resposible for any type of damage or default or items. after completion of the job order it will be presented in front of the oic iw of this department duly serviceable condition. the vendor will be held resposible providing of free service upto six month from the date of completion of the job order and total job will be considered as one job only. payment will be made after verification of job work by the department. machine wise approximate scope of works are appended below :- ( a ) the scope of work for lathe wood turning machine regd no : 38434 :- ( i ) disconnect of electric connection and checking, re-wiring of electric connection with copper wire. ( ii ) motors will be re-binding or replaced with copper binding if required. ( iii ) shaft pully be removed and repaired if required. ( iv ) complete machine must be clean, greasing, oiling and over hauling be carried out. ( v ) all the unserviceable spares parts will be repalced with new spares if required. ( vi ) mechanic charges for lathe wood turning machine regd no : 38434 mentioned at para 1 ( a ) above to repair @ 750 / - per labour and total labour is equal to 09 nos. note :- all unserviceable items / spares / any type of used parts are the ( b ) the scope of work for grinding machine regd no : 6911 :- ( i ) disconnect of electric connection and checking, re-wiring of electric connection with copper wire. ( iv ) sliding guard adjustting and fitting. ( v ) roller pin will be repalced, also all the unserviceable spares parts will be repalced with new spares if required.
