repair maintenance to dg sets of sewage instalation swimming pool and allied works under ge east bareilly , m & l routine maintenance consisting of normal repairs with periodical routine maintenance , attending breakdown as and when required and testing of dg set complete i . e . engine , alternator etc including all consumables items like cotton , waste cloth , kerosene oil etc . maintenance will be carried out as all directed by engineer-in-chagre , and comprising of the following :- ( a ) change engine oil . ( b ) check clearance of suction and exhaust valves and adjust if required . ( c ) changing of oil filter , fuel filters , screen filters assy . ( d ) changing of water filter element . ( e ) topping up of coolent . ( f ) change of hydraulic governer oil . ( g ) tightening of all nut bolts . ( h ) greasing of all points . ( i ) checking of any leaking in fuel and oil lines . ( j ) cleaning of fuel tank by taking out the dirt and sludge , cleaning the tank thoroughly .
