up-keeping of power house stage i and ii including toilets and urinals etc for a period of one year of salal power station , dhyangarh , upkeeping of power house stage-i & ii , including toilets and urinals etc . for a period of one year of salal power station at dhyangarh , upkeeping of the area inside the powerhouse daily with acid phenyl/lizol including upkeeping of all exposed items such as window panels within the reach , pipes , valves etc & disposal of garbage as directed outside the powerhouse including spraying of room freshner of approved brand i . e v-john or equivalent ( a ) control room , vip lounge ssb room ( b ) service bay ( c ) lt panel room ( to supply material as per clause no . 3 . 1 of scc ) . , upkeeping of the area inside& outside the powerhouse daily including exposed items such as pipes , valves etc . & disposal of garbage as directed outside the powerhouse from the following floors of stage 1&2 ( a ) oil leakage unit ( b ) turbine floor ( c ) m/c hall ( d ) generator floor ( e ) auxiliary floor ( f ) cable spreading area ( g ) general transformer deck ( h ) canteen , stores & offices etc . ( i ) training hall , battery room & electrical lab ( j ) stair casing ( k ) swithchyard panel room & d/g room ( l ) lubricating hall ( m ) carrier shop ( n ) model room ( o ) battery shop ( p ) dispensary ( q ) control room . , daily up keeping of bathrooms/toilets with phenyl and sanifresh/ harpic . ( to supply material as per clause no . 3 . 1 of scc ) ( total no . of bathrooms= 7 nos . x 365 days = 2555 nos . ) , additional cleaning of floors with soaps/detergents by way of washing/swabbing including drying up the floors ( to supply material as per clause no . 3 . 1 of scc ) , additional upkeeping of floors with soaps/detergents & phenyl/ lizol by way of washing/swabbing including drying the following floors ( to supply material as per clause no . 3 . 1 of scc ) , providing & spraying insecticide ( baygon spray ) inside the powerhouse as & when required . ( to supply material as per clause no . 3 . 1 of scc ) , removal of silt/slush from different floor between e . l 381 . 0m to 408 . 50m , sumps etc . ( stage i & ii ) of power house , dhyangarh , providing services of 01 no . plumber / fitter including normal t&p for r&m of power house pipe fitting work & misc . work .
