public tender for housekeeping , plant upkeep and gardening activities at ioc lbp silvassa , daily : cleaning of floors using broomstick and mopping of floors with wet broom with phenyl and removal of waste papers/other wastes collected in dustbin in the following areas:a ) security block and s&d roomb ) entire administration building including cabins , conference room , cubicles etc . c ) canteen block including kitchen area . d ) worker change room . e ) laboratoryf ) control room , daily : cleaning of floors and surrounding areas using broomstick , removal of used cottons rags , waste papers , fallen dry leaves , twigs , including stacking properly of disarranged materials like spanners , valves & other items and also removal of oil spills using saw dust/cotton rags ( company supplied ) in the following areas:a ) fire pump house b ) boiler house c ) dg set house d ) entire warehouse floor including mezzanine floor e ) mcc room f ) transformer & double pole yard g ) entire tank farm area and tank roofs h ) base oil & additive unloading areai ) finished product loading area j ) hsd-ldo tank farm area k ) barrel filling portion l ) tt parking area m ) all areas outside scfp such as pump house , scfp tank farm , unloading area , etc except inside scfp removal of all used oil socked cotton rags , cotton waste & saw dust , waste papers , dry leaves , twigs , food waste from canteen , unwanted waste material etc . and disposal of the same outside company premises on daily basis as per existing environmental regulations . , daily : cleaning of toilets , wash basins , urinals etc . removal of stains using scrubbers , sanifresh/harpic and then putting liquid soap in soap dispensers , odonil /air fresheners / naphthalene balls in urinals etc . in the following areasa ) office buildingb ) security blockc ) canteen blockd ) workers change roome ) truckers amenity block , weekly : cleaning of external surfaces of the laboratory equipments , as & when required : in case of any oil spillage on the body of the equipment and laboratory floors , the affected portion are cleaned without loss of time . manpower from existing labours is to be given as & when required . , daily : garden maintenance: proper & timely trimming of garden grass , removal of uneven grass/shrubs ( from the root ) . trimming of plants in the lawn and also removal of dry leaves , branches etc . also regular watering of grass and plants for equal growth in the height of grass . maintenance includes providing manure and insecticides as required ( manure and insecticides will be supplied by iocl ) , weekly : cleaning of floor using broomstick and cleaning of all cob webs on walls/ceiling , equipments & wiping with wet cloth the racks , material packs etc . of the stores . , weekly : cleaning with wet sponge/cloth with mild detergent solution , all the glasses aluminum panels of doors & windows , wooden partitions of cubicles to remove dust , dirt , stains etc . of the following areas:a ) security block and s&d roomb ) entire administration building including cabins , conference room , cubicles etc . c ) canteen block d ) worker change room e ) laboratoryf ) control room , fortnightly : cleaning of ceilings in all buildings , trusses in warehouse , switch boards/panels , pallets , stacked barrels etc . so as to remove cobwebs , accumulated dust dirt etc . and wiping with wet/dry cloth wherever possible to enhance the outlook of cleaned surface . all the precautions of like putting off power supply during cleaning should be taken & if required assistance of iocl official to be taken . , fortnightly : cleaning of all ceiling fans , tube lights , photo frames , light domes at gates , iocl display boards , etc . with wet/dry cloth and with soap solution wherever required in entire plant area as is where is basis . , fortnightly : cleaning of all associated pipelines of blending kettles , actuator valve , insulation in warehouse area . cleaning of drum decanting unit , barrel filling machine , filling pipelines manifold , filter body . also cleaning of fire pumps , boilers , compressors , air dryer unit , motor-pump sets , base frames , on/off switches , cable trays - after getting the fuses removed by electrician of iocl . cleaning of signage provided at gate and top of security cabin & gates of plant , with wet cloth & mild detergent . , monthly : cleaning of storm water drains of entire plant area by removing the precast slabs/ grid covers by removing the deposited sludge and disposal of the same outside the company premises as per existing environmental regulations . , monthly : cutting and removal of wild shrubs , long grasses , plants , trees , of the entire plant area including tt parking area ensuring clear visibility of the compound wall of the company premises all around & disposal of the same outside premises as per existing environmental regulations . , six monthly & as and when required : cleaning of all overhead water tanks on top of admin . building , canteen building , security building and workers change room thoroughly . internal cleaning of base oil / additive / finished product / blending tanks/ oil water separator / fire water tank including removal of bottom sludge / oil quantity in barrels and stacking the same . the bottom of the tanks to be thoroughly wiped clean with cotton rags . , for the whole year contract : supervisor fully responsible for getting all activities done as per schedule and as mentioned above . also maintain records of work done , labours attendance , reallocation of manpower whenever idle at other workplace as mentioned above . in other words , full responsibility of maintaining upkeep and cleanliness of the plant buildings , admin / office buildings , utility block , toilets , maintaining of gardens etc . supervisor will make a register for daily activity done . , daily and when required : cleaning of barrel filling portion daily , and filter of barrel filling line after filling of each grade . , daily and at the time of recess : cleaning of blending kettle , kettle zone , the cleaning activity on ground/mazzanine floors , weekly : cleaning of external surfaces of the bodies of pumps , gear boxes , motors etc . provided for the blending kettles for transfer of products as well as for agitation , weekly : cleaning of tank farm standing surfaces by sweeping/washing/grass cutting . , as & when required : housekeeping in affected portion , due to eventual case during operation . manpower should be given from existing strength as per the requirement . , weekly : cleaning of dial glasses/digital indicators for leveling instruments provided with the individual tanks . , when required : painter for painting of all scratched portion of tanks , all pipelines , structure , building with the use of primer and paint . paint and primer will be given by iocl . , weekly : cleaning of accumulated dust and oil from all roof of tanks . , daily : cleaning of ladder of tt gauging shed with dry cloth to avoid accident and it should be done before entrance of tts in premises .
