environment protection and resource management ( housekeeping ) works at lpg bottling plant , sarpara , section a: environment protection jobs: a ) the job includes sweeping , cleaning , washing , dusting of floor , roofs & walls , removal of cobwebs in admn . building , s&d block , canteen , fire pump house , sub-station building , workersamenity block , club room , stores , security room and the toilet , bathroom attached with the above buildings on daily basis . the job includes cleaning of floors of all the above buildings by wet cloth & phenyl , dusting and cleaning of glass doors and windows , office furniture , table chairs , racks , cup-boardss , almirah dustbins , fans , switch-boards , name boards etc on daily basis . the job also includes cleaning and washing of all urinals , toilets/bathrooms , wash basins wherever provided in the plant on daily basis . all required cleaning items like phenyl , acids , herpic , naphthalene balls etc . & all equiments/materials required for such cleaning activities such brush , brooms , cloth etc will be provided by the contractor . b ) sweeping , cleaning of drivers rest room , home guard barrack & all the toilets at tt parking area on daily basis . all the cleaning materials/equipments described in item no: 1 are to be provided by the contractor . , cleaning of roads in licenced , un-licenced and buffer zone area including cleaning of truck parking area and disposing off collected sludge , dirt etc at nominated place within plant/outside as per direction on daily basis . , a ) removing of grass/shrubs and such unwanted vegetation by cutting/uprooting as required , trimming of trees as per direction anywhere within the plant premise , buffer zone road and tt parking area . including collecting /carrying and disposing them as directed on daily basis . all equipments for the job will be provided by the contractor . b ) repair and maintenance including cost of lubes . oil for grass cutting machine of the contractor , a ) to carry out necessary job for maintaining all the gardens in plant premise on daily basis and plantation of tree/flower sapling withing plant premise as & when directed . all equipments for the job will be provided by the contractor . b ) cleaning of drains inside the plant premise and tt parking area except the drain around filling shed & product pump house . the job includes removal of mud/sludge/muck etc collected in drain and disposing the same at nominatd place as directed . the arrangement of lifting ang shifting the sludge/mud will be provided by the contractor . c ) cleaning of service water tank including underground tank of service water treatment plant after close of operation or on sunday /holiday as and when directed . the job includes emptying of tank , removal of green moss , scrapping of surface by wire brush , washing by fresh water and finally filling it by fresh water . brushes & brooms required for the job will be supplied by the contractor . d ) opening/cleaning/closing of all the soak pits/septic tanks of the plant including disposal of mud as & when required/directed within the plant premise & in the tt parking area , section b:resource management job:a ) collecting documents/courier from plant , depositing the same at sbi , post office , courier office and other offices within guwahati city as & when required . the job includes resource management at accounts deptt . offfice of the plant . all expenditure like conveyance etc . for the job will have to be borne by the contractor . b ) the job includes arranging & maintaining office files as per direction of plant officials on daily baisis . , resource management at s&d building ( to be performed in two shifts from 6 am to 10 pm ) a ) sorting of challans , removing of carbon , arranging them for proper distribution/despatch and filling the letters/documents/challan/crs etc in serial order in the office premses , maintaining proper records for despatch to different places on daily basis as per direction . also including work done on sundays in both the shifts .
