tender for work of shifting of ht/lt lines passing above the primary and upper primary schools under the limits of v.v.khan.-banda (city) - the work of erection of 11 kv ht/lt lines on 8.5 mtr. long pcc pole with acsr weasel/xlpe/abc cable due to shifting of 11 kv ht/lt lines from passing overhead from primary schools and higher secondary schools at various places (08 nos.) under full deposit scheme 2025-26 under eudd, banda, including carriage of all required material from esc banda to work site, alongwith its loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends and also safe carriage of old line material/scraped from site to store centre, if any. the bidder shall be responsible for complete execution of the work under the scope of tender specification. any work/activity not specifically indicated but is required for systematic execution of job shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra payment. the material supplied by contractor should be the best quality and as per standard including transportation, if any. details of the work as given below ;- 2 safe cartage of 8.5 mtr. long pcc poles from store centre to the respective site of work. 3 safe cartage of line material viz. conductor, cable, g.i. earth wire, cross arm, angle, channel, insulator, clamps and other line material from store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work. 4 erection & grouting of sp structure on 8.5 mtr. long pcc poles, including complete h.t./l.t. fittings as per resspo manual and as per direction of engineer incharge. the support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 cu. mtr. each). all grouting material arranged by contractor at his own cost. 5 erection and grouting of stay set with nozelling & binding as per norms. all grouting material arranged by contractor at his own cost. 6 erection & fixing of earthing rod as per resspo manual. 7 laying, stringing, binding and termination etc. of lt abc cable of size 3x120+1x95+1x16 sq.mm., including complete fitting/fixing of all associated materials as per direction of supervising engineer/resspo manual. 8 laying of overhead 11 kv xlpe cable 3x120 sq.mm., including complete fitting/fixing of all associated materials as per direction of supervising engineer/resspo manual. 9 erection & fixing of distribution box with fitting of all accessories as per resspo manual. 10 laying of gi stay wire for supporting of overhead xlpe cable as per direction of supervising engineer/resspo manual. 11 erection & fixing of danger board with fitting of all accessories as per resspo manual. 12 erection & fixing of ms t-off channel with fitting of all accessories as per resspo manual. 13 supply & fixing of u-clamp with nut-bolts & washers as per resspo manual (arranged by contractor at his own cost.) 14 supply & fixing of nut-bolts & washers of suitable size as per resspo manual (arranged by contractor at his own cost.) 15 erection/filling/commissioning of 3x120 sq.mm. 11 kv o/d type cable jointing kit (cable box) (as per site requirement) for 3x120 sq.mm. xlpe cable and making all suitable arrangements to get the work done. 16 chopping of tree branches coming in the vicinity of the lines during execution of the above works (one job means each site of work). 17 dismentling of old line with all associated materials and loading/unloading materials from old site to new site and re-use of old material, if possible, due to shifting of line. 18 note: any quantity of item from sl no. 1 to sl no. 16 may vary to any limit within the financial value of agreement against this tender.
