tender for up keeping of main drains running along the road sides and disposal of silt, slush etc to the near by dust bin as directed by the engineer incharge including cost of all labour charges, hire charges for tools & plants, safety appliances, leads and lifts etc, complete. , up-keeping of toilet rooms by flushing water closets, urinals, wash basins, cistern tanks, side walls, passages, etc. in all floors by applying disinfectant / cleaning liquid as directed by the engineer at site including cost of disinfectant/ cleaning liquid, phenoil, bleaching powder, naphthalene balls and consumables such as brooms, bucket, mugs, cleaning brush etc, all labour charges, leads and lifts etc. complete, but excluding the cost of water which will be supplied by the department at free of construction
